FOR BIDS
Sealed bids will be received by the Ohio County Commission, Room 215, City County Building, 1500 Chapline Street, Wheeling, WV 26003, for the purchase of One (1) 2014 or 2015 Chevrolet Caprice Sedan for the Sheriff’s Law Enforcement Department of Ohio County. Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. on Friday, March 11, 2016, when they will be opened and read aloud. Vehicle must be ready for delivery no later than March 31, 2016. Specifications may be obtained at the Office of the Ohio County Commission, Room 215, City County Building, 1500 Chapline Street, Wheeling, WV 26003; or request them by emailing:

The Ohio County Commission reserves the right to waive any informality or irregularity in any and all bid guaranty, to reject and or all bids and to negotiate with apparent qualified low bidder to such extent as may be necessary are reserved. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 30 days after closing time.
