IN THE MATTER OF OHIO COUNTY CASE # 21-CJA-108 ALIYAH EDDY aka ALIYAH CORRIN, biological mother of infant O.E., whose date of birth is August 17, 2021 and the UNKNOWN FATHER of infant O.E., whose date of birth is August 17, 2021, natural child of Aliyah Eddy aka Aliyah Corrin.
The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, has filed a Petition alleging abuse and neglect by ALIYAH EDDY aka ALIYAH CORRIN, biological mother of infant O.E., whose date of birth is August 17, 2021 and the UNKNOWN FATHER of infant O.E., whose date of birth is August 17, 2021.
The Petitioner has filed a Petition alleging that ALIYAH EDDY aka ALIYAH CORRIN and the UNKNOWN FATHER have abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infant O.E., whose date of birth is August 17, 2021. It is ORDERED that ALIYAH EDDY aka ALIYAH CORRIN and the UNKNOWN FATHER are notified that they may obtain a copy of the Petition from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, and they are further ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Michael J. Olejasz, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 2th day of December, 2021 at 1:15 p.m. for the Adjudication and Disposition Hearing for the Unknown Father and the Disposition Hearing for Aliyah Eddy aka Aliyah Corrin, if they so desire to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise the parental rights of ALIYAH EDDY aka ALIYAH CORRIN, biological mother of infant O.E., whose date of birth is August 17, 2021 and the UNKNOWN FATHER of infant O.E., whose date of birth is August 17, 2021, may be terminated.
