The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, has filed a Petition alleging abuse and neglect by HEATHER GIESLER aka HEATHER RAY, biological mother of infant S.H., whose date of birth is January 14, 2021, JOSHUA HUMPHREY, biological father of infant S.H., whose date of birth is January 14, 2021 and/or UNKNOWN FATHER of infant S.H., whose date of birth is January 14, 2021.
The Petitioner has filed a Petition alleging that HEATHER GIESLER aka HEATHER RAY, JOSHUA HUMPHREY and/or UNKNOWN FATHER have abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infant S.M., whose date of birth is January 14, 2021. It is ORDERED that HEATHER GIESLER aka HEATHER RAY, JOSHUA HUMPHREY and/or UNKNOWN FATHER are notified that they may obtain a copy of the Petition from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, and they are further ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Michael J. Olejasz, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 7th day of December, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. for a Disposition Hearing if they so desire to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise the parental rights of HEATHER GIESLER aka HEATHER RAY, biological mother of infant S.H., whose date of birth is January 14, 2021, JOSHUA HUMPHREY, biological father of infant S.H., whose date of birth tlineis January 14, 2021 and/or UNKNOWN FATHER of infant S.H., whose date of birth is January 14, 2021, may be terminated.
