Please take notice that on December 13, 2021 at 5:00 p.m.in City Council Chambers, City County Building, 1500 Chapline Street, Wheeling, WV 26003, the City of Wheeling Planning Commission will be conducting a public hearing to consider the request from Edward Hinebaugh to rezone 150 North 17th Street from R-1C to I-2 for a warehouse, legally known as lots 384-387 in the Town of Warwood Section #4 plat.
