In accordance with Chapter 8A, Article 5, Section 8 of the Code of West Virginia 2004, as amended, the Berkeley County Planning
Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the public comments on the following projects:

REQUEST FOR FINAL PLAT APPROVAL: McCauley Crossing Townhomes, Section 5, Lots 144-212: The property is located on the south side of Giles Mill Road (WV Route 26) approximately 1,000′ east of the intersection of Giles Mill Road and Route 11, in the Mill Creek Tax District. The final plat is proposing 69 townhome lots on 8.7 acres to be served by
public water and sewer. File # 2108-294 tied to #2008-201 & #42-05

CONSIDERATION: Estates of Tuscarora:
The site is located on the east side of WV Sec. Rt. 16 (Thatcher Road);
1000′ north of the intersection of WV Sec.
Rt. 15 (Tuscarora Pike), in the Hedgesville Tax
District. The developer is requesting a one-year
extension in order to
obtain final plat approval and updated permits/
approvals from all outside agencies (WVDOH
entrance permit).

Final application.

The PUBLIC HEARING will be held on Monday, December 20, 2021, in the Planning Commission Chambers, 400 West Stephen Street, in the
City of Martinsburg at 6:00 p.m. All persons and agencies having an interest on said plats are invited to participate in this hearing and make their comments known. In the event that an unforeseen circumstance would cause the Planning Commission to cancel the scheduled meeting, a back-up public hearing date of Monday, January 3, 2022 will be utilized.
