NOTICE
The Northern Panhandle Workforce Development Board, Inc. (NPWDB, Inc.) is soliciting Request for Proposals (RFPs) for a One Stop Operator(s) to manage and oversee operations of its three (3) One Stop Centers in the Northern Panhandle region. The Northern Panhandle region includes Hancock, Brooke, Ohio, Marshall, Wetzel and Tyler counties and the cities of Wheeling and Weirton. Funds to support One Stop Center operations are being provided under the Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act (WIOA) from the U.S. DOL for the period July 1, 2016 – June 30, 2017. The NPWDB, Inc. will not pay any costs associated with the preparation of a RFP. The NPWDB, Inc. reserves the right to negotiate terms of all or part of a RFP approved for funding. All RFPs are due to the NPWDB, Inc. office by no later than 4:00pm on Friday, April 1, 2016. Only completed RFPs will be accepted for consideration by the NPWDB, Inc. Potential bidders can contact the NPWDB, Inc. office at 304-231-1170 to request a copy of the RFP packet or pick one up at the NPWDB, Inc.’s office, 1245 Warwood Avenue, Wheeling, WV.
