The object of the above entitled action is for Izabell Gloria Renee Quintanilla to legally change his/her name to Sapo Gloria James Quintanilla. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, for the entering of an order by said Court for changing the name of Izabell Gloria Renee Quintanilla to Sapo Gloria James Quintanilla.
A hearing shall be on the 7th day of December, 2021 at 10 o’clock before the Honorable Judge Wilson at the Ohio County Courthouse. Anyone interested may appear to protect their interest. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
