It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Christopher and Steffany Zolman have used due diligence to determine the address of the Respondent and has been unable to locate it, and therefore the address of the Respondent is unknown, it is hereby ordered that David Richard Smith, Jr. serve upon Shari McPhail, Petitioners attorney, whose address is 1131 National Road Wheeling, WV 26003, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petitioner for Adoption filed in this action on or before December 17, 2021. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for relief demanded in petition.
