NOTICE

MARTINSBURG BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS

In accordance with Chapter 8A, Article 8, Section 11 of the Code of West Virginia 2004, as amended, the Martinsburg Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing to consider the public comment on the following:

VARIANCE:
The property is located at the intersection of Weis Avenue and Apple
Harvest Drive and identified on Berkeley County Tax Map 20 Parcel 10.3. The applicant is requesting a variance pursuant to Martinsburg Zoning
Ordinance to exceed the 16ft front setback,
frontage buildout, location within 1,500ft of a grocery store, and signage.

SPECIAL EXCEPTION: The property is located at the corner of West King Street and South Valley Street identified as 732 West King Street and identified on Berkeley County Tax Map 13
Parcel 332. The applicant is requesting a special
exception to allow a multi-family dwelling unit. Case #2021-27-SE.

A hearing will be held on the proposed special
exception on Tuesday, January 4, 2022 at
6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 232 N. Queen Street,
Martinsburg, West
Virginia. In the event that an unforeseen
circumstance would cause the Board of Zoning
Appeals to cancel the scheduled meeting, a back-up public hearing date of Tuesday, February 1, 2022 will be utilized.
