Please take notice that on the 17th day of March, 2016, at 9:30 a.m. in City Council Chambers, Room 103, City-County Building, Wheeling, WV, the Board of Zoning Appeals will meet to consider the application of Sean K. Jamison, for a variance from Table 5-A: To reduce the front yard setback in the C-1 Zone from 10” to 0′; (2) To reduce the parking of a commercial building from 20 to 0; and (3) To increase the floor area ratio from .75 to 1. Purpose of Request: To construct a new building.
