It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Nelson A. Paree, Sr. (aka Egnazeo A. Paree, Sr.) has used due diligence to serve the Respondent, Thelma J. Harclerode, it is hereby ordered that Thelma J. Harclerode serve upon Betsy Griffith, Esq. of McPhail Law Office, Petitioner’s attorney, whose address is 1131 National Road, Wheeling, WV 26003, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition for Divorce filed in this action on or before January 3, 2022. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for relief demanded in the petition.
