To Consider an Ohio County Magisterial Boundary Change
The Ohio County Commission will consider entering an Order to change the magisterial boundaries within Ohio County. The proposed change will move the current Precinct 77 from magisterial district 2 to magisterial district 3. Precinct 77 consists of the following streets:
2000 – 2499 Chapline Street
20th Street
2300 – 2499 Charles Street
21st Street
2000 – 2499 Eoff Street
22nd Street
2000 – 2499 Jacob Street
23rd Street
2000 – 2499 Main Street
24th Street
2000 – 2499 Market Street
25th Street
2200 – 2499 Water Street
73 – 129 Hubbard Lane
2400 – 2499 Wood Street
67 – 121 Hubbard Road
52 – 66 Lane 20
The meeting to consider this change will be held on Tuesday, December 21, 2021 in Ohio County Commission Board Room located at 1500 Chapline St., Room 215, Wheeling, WV 26003. The map of all districts may also be reviewed at this address on weekdays from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
