NOTICE
BROOKE COUNTY SOLID WASTE AUTHORITY is accepting sealed bids from interested vendors for the installation of facility restroom at the Brooke County Recycling Center located at 766 MacBarnes Drive Beech Bottom, WV (next to the Brooke County Animal Shelter)
Pre-bid viewing of the facility site is mandatory. Sign in Sheet provided.
Facility is open Tuesday-Thursday 8am-1pm. Pre-bid viewing will close Wednesday December 29th 1pm. The bid must include a minimum space requirement of 6 x 10; and must include toilet, sink, paper towel dispenser, light, outlets, all fixtures, flooring and the insulation of the space.
Flat bids must include all costs of construction, materials, labor, installation, fixtures, electrical, plumbing, outlets, contractor is responsible for securing all permits and following all local and state codes, minimum 6 x 10 space with insulation; total cost of project.
