Take notice that a hearing regarding TERMINATION, CHANGE OF GOAL, and INVOLUNTARY RELINQUISHMENT OF PARENTAL RIGHTS have been presented to the Orphans’ Court Division of Greene County, Pennsylvania asking the court to terminate your parental rights. You will lose certain rights which you may have to your child, LENIX RANAE GOODNIGHT. The Court has set a hearing to consider ending your rights to your child. These hearings will be held in the Court of Common Pleas of Greene County, Pennsylvania, Greene County Courthouse, 10 East High Street, Courtroom No. 1 on May 9, 2016 at 8:30 a.m. Your presence is required at this hearing. You are warned that even if you fail to appear at the scheduled hearing, the hearing will go on without you, and your rights to the child, LEXIN RENAE GOODNIGHT, if any, may not be fully considered by the Court without your presence. Your rights, if any, may be terminated by the Court even without your presence.
