The Berkeley County Fire Service Board, Inc. will
receive sealed
proposals for
Turn Out Gear.
All bid proposals shall
include three (3) complete copies of the entire bid packet, including price breakdown, specifications and noted exceptions
(if any). The price breakdown shall include a price for each specified piece and shall list prices for each additional option
(if any).
In addition to the bid requested for the provided specifications, the bidder may provide a “tag on” bid option that meets the specifications provided.
All “tag on” bid proposals shall include three (3) complete copies of the
entire bid packet, including price breakdown,
specifications and noted exceptions (if any).
Proposals shall be
received Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. eastern standard time,
excluding County holidays, until 5:00 p.m. eastern standard time on Wednesday, January 12, 2022 at the Berkeley County Fire Service
Board office. All sealed proposals shall be
addressed as follows:

Proposals received
after 5:00 p.m. eastern standard time on
Wednesday, January 12, 2022 will discarded.
Bids will be opened and publicly reviewed on Thursday, January 13, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. eastern standard time at the Berkeley County Fire
Service Board meeting in the County Commission Chamber at 400 West Stephen Street, 2nd Floor. All interested parties are invited to attend.

Fire Service Board, Inc. reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all proposals.
