It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Michael Adams is a non- resident resident of the State of West Virginia, it is hereby ordered that Michael Adams serve upon Kayla Valz Petitioner or Petitioner’s attorney, whose address is 48 Vista Ave. West Virginia, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition for Support and/or Allocation of Custodial Responsibility filed in this action on or before 4/5/16.
If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for relief demanded in petition.
