Notice to Vendors
The Jefferson County Board of Education, Charles Town, WV will
receive sealed bids by written proposal for
Jefferson County Middle School Athletic Field Maintenance.
The sealed bids will be
accepted until 12:00pm, February 4th, 2022, at the Board of Education of Jefferson County Schools, 110 Mordington Avenue, Charles Town, WV 25414, at which time all the bids will be opened. The sealed bids need to be
addressed to Joyce White, Deputy Superintendent of Operations.
All interested parties must obtain a bid packet from Brandan L. Caton,
Director of Operational Safety and Facilities at 201 North West Street, Charles Town, WV 25414 (304-725-5711).
All documents may be mailed or dropped off at the mentioned address.
The Jefferson County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informality in the
bidding.
