AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application
Notice is given that Swisher International INC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a NSR Construction Permit for two emergency standby generators located at 4000 Water Street, Wheeling, WV and one proposed generator located nearby at 40 McColloch St, Wheeling, in Ohio County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are Latitude: 40.04138 Longitude: -80.72654.
The applicant estimates the increased potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be: 1.77 tons/yr of NOX and 1.0 Tons/yr of CO.
Coverage and startup under this permit is planned to begin on or about the 10th day of February, 2022. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
