IN THE MATTER OF OHIO COUNTY CASE # 21-CJA-129 TAWANNA CANTRELL, biological mother of infant F.C., whose date of birth is September 17, 2021 and UNKNOWN FATHER of infant F.C., whose date of birth is September 17, 2021, natural child of Tawanna Cantrell.
The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, has filed a Petition alleging abuse and neglect by TAWANNA CANTRELL, biological mother of infant F.C., whose date of birth is September 17, 2021 and UNKNOWN FATHER of infant F.C., whose date of birth is September 17, 2021.
The Petitioner has filed a Petition alleging that TAWANNA CANTRELL and the UNKNOWN FATHER have abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infants F.C., whose date of birth is September 17, 2021. It is ORDERED that TAWANNA CANTRELL and the UNKNOWN FATHER are notified that they may obtain a copy of the Petition from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, and they are further ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Michael J. Olejasz, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 10th day of February, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. for a Disposition Hearing if they so desire to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise the parental rights of TAWANNA CANTRELL, biological mother of infant F.C., whose date of birth is September 17, 2021 and UNKNOWN FATHER of infant F.C., whose date of birth is September 17, 2021, may be terminated.
