PUBLIC NOTICE
The WV Department of Environmental Protection (WVDEP) and WV School of Osteopathic Medicine have proposed a settlement of Administrative Consent Order No. 8494 which resolves violation(s) of the WV Water Pollution Control Act and the WV Groundwater Protection Act which occurred in Greenbrier County, WV. In accordance with the proposed Consent Order, WV School of Osteopathic Medicine has agreed to pay administrative penalties and to comply with the Acts. Final settlement is subject to comments received during the thirty (30) day period ending April 11, 2016.
