ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The object of the above-entitled is forfeiture. It
appearing by a petition filed in the above-styled action
that property seized on October 25, 2021, by the
Marshall County Drug Task Force, to-wit: Five Hundred
Two and No/100 ($502.00), a baggie containing 32.2
grams of suspected Crystal Methamphetamine, and a
baggie containing 66.2 grams of suspected Crystal
Methamphetamine. The property seized was in
possession of Darrion Davon Isimermen Ojequa.
It is ORDERED that any claimant shall serve upon the
State of West Virginia, Timothy E. Haught, Petitioner’s
Attorney, whose address is Wetzel County Prosecuting
Attorney’s Office, Post Office Box 548, New
Martinsville, West Virginia 26155, an answer or other
defense to the petition filed in the above-styled action
within thirty days of the date of service of the petition or
within thirty days of the publication, otherwise
judgement by default will be taken against the property
at anytime thereafter. A copy of the petition can be
obtained from the undersigned at her office.
