TO ANY CLAIMANT OF THE PROPERTY WITHIN
THE PETITION:
You have the right to file an Answer to the Petition
setting forth your right to possession of the property
within thirty(30) days from the service hereof. If you fail
to file an Answer, A Final Order forfeiting the property to
the State will be entered, and such Order is not subject
to appeal.
FURTHER NOTICE
TO ANY CLAIMANT OF THE PROPERTY WITHIN
THE PETITION:
Any other person having a putative claim to the
above-referenced property shall clearly state his or her
identity and an address where legal process can be
served upon him or her. Any such person refer to the
specific Petition to determine a description of the seized
property, the agency responsible for the possession of
the property at the time of seizure. The State has
requested an Order directing forfeiture of the property to
the State, investing ownership of the property in the
State.
A hearing on the attached Petition will be held on the
9th day of February, 2022, at 11:15 a.m.. These Notices
are in compliance with West Virginia Code
ยง60A-7-7059b0 and (c).
