PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application
Notice is given that Tri-State Petroleum Corporation has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a Construction Permit Registration for a Petroleum Bulk Storage Transfer Facility located on 98 South Main Street in New Martinsville, in Wetzel County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are 39.638215, -80.866619.
The applicant estimates the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be: Benzene at 0.0903 tons per year, Ethylbenzene at 0.0399 tons per year, Hexane at 0.1005 tons per year, Toluene at 0.1990 tons per year and Xylenes at 0.1856 tons per year, Total VOCS will be at 0.6153 tons per year.
Startup of operation is planned to begin on or about the 1st day of April, 2016. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
