The object of the above entitled action is for Hunter Tyler Travis to legally change his/her name to Hunter Tyler Frye. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of Hunter Tryler Travis to Hunter Tyler Frye.
A hearing shall be on the 4th day of February, 2022 at 11:00 o’clock before the Honorable Judge Sims at the Ohio County Courthouse.
Anyone interested may appear to protect their interest. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
