IN THE MATTER OF OHIO COUNTY CASE # 15-JA-106, UNKNOWN FATHER of infant D.B., whose date of birth Is September 7, 2010, natural child of Brandi Burton.
The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, has filed a Petition alleging abuse and neglect by the UNKNOWN FATHER of infant D.B., whose date of birth Is September 7, 2010, in that he has abused or neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infant D.B., whose date of birth is September 7, 2010. It is ORDERED that the UNKNOWN FATHER or ANYONE CLAIMING TO BE THE FATHER of infant D.B. and whose parental rights have not already been addressed by the Court are ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Michael J. Olejasz, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 4th day of February, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. for a Adjudication and Disposition Hearing if they so desire to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise the parental rights of UNKNOWN FATHER of infant D.B., whose date of birth is September 7, 2010, may be terminated.
