IN THE MATTER OF OHIO COUNTY CASE # 21-CJA-172 JESSICA REED, biological mother of infant M.N., whose date of birth is December 1, 2021 and HAROLD WAYNE NICE, biological father of infant M.N., whose date of birth is December 1, 2021, natural children of Jessica Reed.
The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, has filed a Petition alleging abuse and neglect by HAROLD WAYNE NICE, biological of infant M.N., whose date of birth is December 1, 2021, alleging that HAROLD WAYNE NICE has abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infant M.N. whose date of birth is December 1, 2021. It is ORDERED that HAROLD WAYNE NICE is notified that he may obtain a copy of the Petition from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, and he is further ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable David J. Sims, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 15th day of March, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. for a Disposition Hearing if he so desires to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise the parental rights of HAROLD WAYNE NICE, biological of infant M.N., whose date of birth is December 1, 2021, may be terminated.
