PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE

In accordance with Chapter 8A, Article 5, Section 8 of the Code of West Virginia 2004, as amended, the Berkeley County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the public comments on the following projects:

REQUEST FOR MAJOR PLAN CHANGE:
Butler’s Crossing
Commercial: The site is located at the Winchester Avenue/ Inwood Bypass intersection, in the Mill Creek Tax District. The Major Plan Change
proposes to create two separate structures
(proposed retail &
proposed supermarket) changing from lease to property area.

The PUBLIC HEARING will be held on Tuesday, February 22, 2022, in the Planning Commission Chambers, 400 West Stephen Street, in the City of Martinsburg at 6:00 p.m. All persons and agencies having an interest on said plats are invited to participate in this hearing and make their comments known. In the event that an unforeseen circumstance would cause the Planning Commission to cancel the scheduled meeting, a back-up public hearing date of Monday, March 7, 2022 will be utilized.
