In accordance with Chapter 8A, Article 5, Section 8 of the Code of West Virginia 2004, as amended, the Martinsburg Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the public
comment on the following:
SITE PLAN APPROVAL: The property is located at the intersection of Jefferson Street and Winchester Avenue. and identified on Berkeley County Tax Map as M21 Parcel 37.
The applicant is proposing a used car lot. Stephanie Sallam., Appellant.
Case #2021-5-SP (SP21-00042).
SUBDIVISION AND LAND DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE: Notice is hereby given that the City of Martinsburg Planning Commission intends to hold a public hearing for the City’s proposed draft Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance. The City is seeking comments on the proposed draft Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance. The Draft Subdivision and Land Development
Ordinance is available for public inspection online at https://www.cityofmartinsburg.org/

and at City Hall.
Comments on the Draft Zoning Ordinance may be submitted to the City
Planning Department at [email protected].
A hearing will be held on the proposed site plan on Wednesday, March 2, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 232 N. Queen Street, Martinsburg, West Virginia. In the event that an unforeseen circumstance would cause the Planning Commission to cancel the scheduled meeting, a back-up public hearing date of Wednesday, April 6, 2022 will be utilized. Application is on file in the City Planner’s Office.
