The City is seeking comments on the proposed draft Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance. The Draft Subdivision and Land Development

and at City Hall.

A hearing will be held on the proposed site plan on Wednesday, March 2, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 232 N. Queen Street, Martinsburg, West Virginia. In the event that an unforeseen circumstance would cause the Planning Commission to cancel the scheduled meeting, a back-up public hearing date of Wednesday, April 6, 2022 will be utilized.
