REQUEST FOR BIDS
Ohio County Commission is accepting bids for the following project:
Ohio County Courthouse – Exit Stair Addition
Sealed bids will be received until Thursday, April 28, 2016, at 3:00PM/EST at which time they will be opened and publicly read aloud. Copies of plans, specifications and bid forms can be obtained from the Architect, Greco Madama Joint Venture, at their main office located at 57 Fourteenth Street, Wheeling, WV 26003. A refundable deposit of $100.00 is required. Bids are to be sealed and addressed to Ohio County Commission, 1500 Chapline Street, Suite 215, Wheeling, WV 26003 and clearly noted on the envelope as a bid for: Ohio County Courthouse – Exit Stair Addition. A satisfactory bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10{4ceb532c6f579389df471c6c1e832caf2346b74dc60fcbf6aabd4d29df3baf9c}) of each bid is required. Ohio County Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids at its sole discretion. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, April 14, 2016 at 1:30PM/EST at the offices of Ohio County Commission, 1500 Chapline Street, Suite 215, Wheeling, WV 26003.
