Notice is hereby given that on the 17th day of February, 2022, at 10:30 o’clock, a.m., or as soon thereafter as this matter can be heard, Petition Ruby Irene Vickrek, will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Randolph County, West Virginia, the entry of an order by said Court, changing Petitioner’s name from Ruby Irene Vickrek to Ruby Irene Huffman. At which time any interested party may appear and be heard if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication. A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office.
