The City of Wheeling is accepting bids for 38th St. Wood to Wetzel Water Line. Receipt deadline is 2:00 PM March 5, 2015 in the City Manager’s Office, 1500 Chapline Street, Wheeling, WV 26003. There is a mandatory pre-bid meeting scheduled for 10:00 AM February 26th at the Water Shop in Clator.
