Invitation to Bid
The owner of Hanover Apartment Building located at 2207-2209 Eoff Street is requesting bids for roof replacement in Wheeling, WV.
The project includes the complete removal and replacement of the roof with 60mm single ply membrane roofing.
The completion date is no later than May 31, 2022 and will be reviewed by the West Virginia State Historic Preservation Office. Contractors will be selected based upon (1) cost, (2) experience with similar historic preservation projects, and (3) proven ability to complete a project. The contractor must carry out the described work in compliance with the Secretary of Interior s Standards for Rehabilitation.
The bid package is available by calling 304-319-6004. The property will be open for a mandatory pre-bid walk-through on Thursday, February 8, 2022 at 2pm.
All bids must be received no later than 4:00pm on February 28, 2022.
Partial funds for this project are through the WV State Historic Preservation Office. All applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules and regulations apply.
