The object of the above entitled action is for Rebecca Suzanne Bailey to legally change his/her name to Rebecca Ula Zura. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of Rebecca Suzanne Bailey to Rebecca Ula Zura.
A hearing shall be on the 23rd day of Feb., 2022 at 10:30am o’clock before the Honorable Judge Sims at the Ohio County Courthouse. Anyone interested may appear to protect their interest. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
