PUBLIC NOTICE
Please take notice that on the 21st day of April, 2016, at 9:30 a.m. in City Council Chambers, Room 103, City-County Building, Wheeling, WV, the Board of Zoning Appeals will meet to consider the application of Lisa Carver, AIA, on behalf of PWWG Architects, for a variance from Table 9-A: To reduce the number of off-street parking spaces of a multi-family dwelling from 9 to 0. Purpose of Request: To construct a six unity apartment building.
The property is described as follows:

All of those three certain Lots in Vineyard Addition to the City of Wheeling, Ohio County, West Virginia, designated on an unrecorded Plat of said addition as Lots Numbered Two Hundred and Fifty-two (252), Two Hundred Fifty-three (253) and Two Hundred and Fifty-four (254), which Addition was laid out by Frank R. Garver and substantially covers the same ground as outlots Numbered Four (4), Five (5), Eight (8), Ten (10), Eleven (11), and Twelve (12), as designated on the Plat of Francis R. Armstrong, Trustee of Emily A. Zane, recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of said County in Deed Bok No.44, page 463.

More commonly known as 822 Grandview Street.
