Please take notice that on the 21st day of April, 2016, at 9:30 a.m. in City Council Chambers, Room 103, City-County Building, Wheeling, WV, the Board of Zoning Appeals will meet to consider the application of Dominick Real Estate, LLC, for a variance from Schedule 7-A: To reduce the rear yard setback in the EWSD from 15” to 0′. Purpose of Request: To construct an addition.
The property is described as follows:

Comprising the west one-half of Lot 4 and the east 5 feet of Lot 3, Square 22, Bellaire Addition to the City of Wheeling.

More commonly known as 95-14th Street.
