NOTICE OF PROPOSED SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE
To the Creditors and Beneficiaries of the within named deceased persons:
ESTATE OF: DONNA J. ZANKE (deceased).
I have before me the proposed Final Settlement of the Estate of the above named deceased person which shall be presented to the Clerk of the County Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, at the Ohio County Courthouse, 1500 Chapline Street, Wheeling, West Virginia, 2nd Floor, on the 28th day of March, 2022, at 9:00 a.m., which Final Settlement has been presented to me by the respective fiduciary of such estate and which Final Settlement I, the Fiduciary Commissioner for said Estate, have approved.
Any person having any interest in the Estate of any such deceased person as referenced above, may appear before the Clerk of the County Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, at the time and place hereinabove specified and thereupon protect his or her or their interests as they may appear and may object to the Final Settlement on or before the date and time hereinabove specified or else may be forever thereafter barred from asserting such interests.
The publication dates are March 7, 2022 and March 14, 2022. If you have any objection to the Final Settlement, you must properly and timely file your objection with the Clerk of the County Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, at the place hereinabove specified, on or before the date and time hereinabove specified.
