The object of the above entitled action is for Caitlyn Rebecca Farry change to legally change his/her name to Caitlyn Rebecca Petro . Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of Caitlyn Rebecca Farry to Caitlyn Rebecca Petro.
A hearing shall be on the 14th day of March, 2022 at 9:00 am o clock before the Honorable Judge Cuomo at the Ohio County Courthouse. Anyone interested may appear to protect their interest. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
