PUBLIC NOTICE
Please take notice that on the 20th day of April, 2016, the following special meeting will be held in Valley Grove Municipal Building, National Road, Valley Grove, West Virginia:
1. 7:30 p.m. – The Village of Valley Grove Village Council
The meeting is for the purpose of the second reading of the proposed Ordinance of the Valley Grove Village Council, West Virginia, Approving Agreement with Tunnel Ridge, LLC, Respecting Payment of Business & Occupation Tax and to hold a vote on the adoption of the proposed Ordinance. Copies of the full text of the proposed Ordinance are available to the public at the Valley Grove Municipal Building.
