LC-34-16-1: On Planning Commission’s own motion for a change in land classification from R-3, Residence District (County Designation) to R-2, Residence District at 403 Honeysuckle Rd., Oak Hill. LC-35-16-1: On Planning Commission’s own motion for a change in land classification from R-2, Residence District (County Designation) to B-2, General Business District at 77 Nick Rahall Greenway, Oak Hill. TAKE NOTICE also, that at the May 9, 2016 meeting of the Oak Hill City Council at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Council will act on the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission.
