Sealed bids will be received by the MHRB at their offices at 99 N. Sugar Street, St. Clairsville, OH 43950 until 1:30 pm (local time) Monday, April 18, 2022 for furnishing all labor, material and equipment to complete the following project: Barnesville Withdrawal Management Facility, then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. This is a prevailing wage rate project and a mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will occur at the project site on Friday, March 25th at 1:30 – No documents will be available at this meeting.
A bid guaranty shall be provided in accordance with Section 153.54 (B) of the Ohio Revised Code as follows: for the full amount of the bid, or certified check, cashier’s check or letter of credit in accordance with Section 153.54 (C) O.R.C. in an amount equal to 10% of the bid. Bid Security furnished in Bond Form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide surety. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bods required for the work. A Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to the owner will be required of the successful Bidder.
