A Mandatory Prebid Meeting for all bidders will be held in the City Manager’s conference room, 1500 Chapline Street, Wheeling, WV, on March 24, 2022 at 2:00 PM local time. Prospective prime bidders are required to attend.
The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and or all bids that at the City’s discretion do not serve its best interests. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 30 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
