The object of the above entitled action is for a Guardian to be appointed to a minor child J.R.L., an infant under the age of SIXTEEN years. Notice is hereby given that on the 14th day of April 2016, a Petition for Appointment of Guardian was filed in the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia by JUNE WILLIAMS.
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that JUNE WILLIAMS has used due diligence to determine the addess of the Respondent, the FATHER, DAUCY LUCAS, and has been unable to locate, and therefore the address of the Respondent is unknown. Notice is given that the FATHER, DAUCY LUCAS, is ordered to serve upon JUNE WILLIAMS whose address is 435 CLINTON AVENUE REAR, MOUNDSVILLE, West Virginia 26041 an answer or other defense to the petition filed in this action on or before May 15, 2016. A copy of the said petition can be obtained from the Circuit Clerk of Ohio County, West Virginia at 1500 Chapline Street, Room 403, Wheeling, West Virginia 26003.
