PUBLIC NOTICE
Please take notice that on April 7, 2022, at 3:30 p.m. in City Council Chambers, City-County Building, Wheeling, West Virginia, the Historic Landmarks Commission will meet to conduct the following public hearings for Certificate of Appropriateness for façade changes at the following properties in the North Wheeling Historic District: 17-7th Street (part of lot 26 of the Jonathan Zane Addition to the City of Wheeling) and 719 Market Street (part of lots 85 and 86 on the Plat of Old Town).
