The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, has filed a Petition alleging abuse and neglect JONATHAN BYRD, biological father and occasional custodian of infants J.B., whose date of birth is October 6, 2016 and J.B., whose date of birth is July 23, 2018, and biological father of J. B., whose date of birth is May 6, 2009, and J.B., whose date of birth is August 4, 2011.
The Petitioner has filed a Petition alleging that JONATHAN BYRD, has abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infants J.B., whose date of birth is October 6, 2016, J.B., whose date of birth is July 23, 2018, J.B., whose date of birth is May 6, 2009, and J.B., whose date of birth is August 4, 2011. It is ORDERED that JONATHAN BYRD, is notified that he may obtain a copy of the Petition from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, and he is further ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable David J. Sims, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 25th day of April, 2022 at 9:30 a.m. for Motion for Post Adjudicatory Improvement Period, if not granted, the Disposition Hearing if he so desires to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise the parental rights of JONATHAN BYRD, biological father and occasional custodian of infants J.B., whose date of birth is October 6, 2016 and J.B., whose date of birth is July 23, 2018, and biological father of J. B., whose date of birth is May 6, 2009, and J.B., whose date of birth is August 4, 2011, may be terminated.
