The object of the above entitled action is for McKenzie R. O’Brien to legally changes his/her name to McKenzie R. Druschel. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by peittion to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of McKenzie R. O’Brien to McKenzie R. Druschel.
A hearing shall be on the 29th day of April, 2022 at 10:45am o’clock before the Honorable Judge Cuomo at the Ohio County courthouse. Anyone interested may appear to protect their interest. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
