NOTICE
Sealed bids will be received by the Ohio County Commission for the purchase of ten (10) ear protection muffs with radio integration of existing portable radios for the Ohio County Sheriff’s Department. For additional specs on the ear protection muffs, please contact Lt Matt Moore at (304) 234-3745.
Bids will be submitted to: The Ohio County Commission, ATTN: Ear Protection Bid, 1500 Chapline Street, Room 215, Wheeling, WV 26003. Bids will be received until 1:00 p.m. on Friday, May 13, 2016, at which time they will be opened and read aloud.
The Ohio County Commission reserves the right to waive any informality or irregularity in any and all bid guaranty, to reject any or all bids and to negotiate with the apparent qualified low bidder to such extent as may be necessary.
No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after closing time.
