The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, has filed a Petition alleging abuse and neglect by UNKNOWN FATHER of infant B.L., whose date of birth is December 17, 2018 alleging that the UNKNOWN FATHER has abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infant B.L., whose date of birth is December 17, 2018. It is ORDERED that Anyone Claiming to be the father of infant B.L., whose date of birth is December 17, 2018 is ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Michael J. Olejasz, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 6th day of May, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. for an Disposition Hearing if he so desires to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise the parental rights of UNKNOWN FATHER of infant B.L., whose date of birth is December 17, 2018, may be terminated.
