Please take notice that on the 9th day of March 2015 at 5:00 p.m. in City Council Chambers – Room 103 – 1st Floor, City-County Building, Wheeling, West Virginia, the Planning Commission will meet to consider a change of zoning classification of the following described area of the City of Wheeling from R-1C Single Family, High Density to C-2 General Commercial.
DESCRIPTION
Lots Numbered Thirteen(13) and Fourteen (14) as designated on the plat of W.V. Hoge’s Subdivision of Division “B” of the Edgington farm, which plat is duly recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Ohio County, West Virginia in Deed Book No. 85, at page 639.
More commonly known as 104 & 106 Edgington Lane.
