HOUSING
The HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF MOUNDSVILLE, Moundsville, West Virginia will receive sealed bids at its administrative office located at 501 Tenth Street, Moundsville, WV for its SOIL STACK RENOVATIONS PROJECT, AT GOLDEN TOWERS, for its public housing development until 11:00 AM EST on Tuesday, May 24, 2016, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The Housing Authority will receive sealed bids from qualified contractors with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the work being bid.

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10:00 AM on the 11th day of May, 2016 at the Moundsville Housing Authority administrative office located at 501 Tenth Street, Moundsville, WV. The scope and details of the proposed work will be covered. Attendance is recommended. Site visitation is mandatory and will be conducted immediately following the Pre-Bid Conference.
A certified check or bank draft, payable to MOUNDSVILLE HOUSING AUTHORITY Par Value U. S. Government bonds or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the acceptable sureties in an amount equal to five percent of the bid shall be submitted with each bid.
MOUNDSVILLE HOUSING AUTHORITY reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding process.
