The West Virginia Health Care Authority announced that is has received a Letter of Intent from Orchard Park Hospital, LLC, Wheeling, Ohio County, CON File #22-10-12384-H
for the establishment of a thirty (30) bed adolescent psychiatric hospital at 2211 Eoff Street, Wheeling, West Virginia, the location of the former Robert C. Byrd Child & adolescent Behavioral Health Center, Wheeling, Ohio County, West Virginia. The capital expenditure associate with the project is $4,9000,000.00
